We sometimes refer to 14 Horses as a travelling restaurant. It so happens that this is our third location, and in our quest for self-discovery, we’ve continuously refined and clarified our concept. Now, we are confident that we’ve successfully tamed our horses, and have set our course for a long journey at Senatorių Pasažas!
Despite our evolution, the core of our storytelling remains unchanged. Lithuanian ingredients grace our plates in harmony with nature’s rhythm. Our regenerative farm, Farmers Circle, located just 70 km outside of Vilnius, along with other small farmers, enables us to stay attuned to seasonal changes.
Our entire dinner is packed in three customisable steps, all offered at a fixed price– the appetizer, main course, and dessert. Together, they embody the overarching philosophy of 14 Horses restaurant, grounded in the principles of local cuisine.
